If you have any doubts about life coaching DON’T! It was one of the best things I have ever done & Carly was nothing short of amazing. Going into my first session, I was emotional, I cried (a lot), I felt useless, I was at an all-time low. Carly listened and not in that throwaway “how are you” listen, she really HEARD me! She prompted me, she helped me remember who I was, what I wanted in life and what I loved, she questioned me, she was HONEST, she was the encouragement I didn’t know I needed. She helped me back to the mindset I needed to have to achieve my goals. It was freeing, I could be open without any judgement. Going into of my ‘last’ session with Carly, I was giddy as I had somehow managed to reach the goals I had spoken about in my first session and I was so excited to tell Carly that with her guidance I f**king did it!!

My first call with Carly was so relaxed (honestly it was like speaking to a friend) and to have someone understand what I was going through (and actually listen to you). I have built more confidence and learnt how to challenge my negative thoughts. She has provided me with great tips on how to move forward in my life and given me different resources that I can return to. Journaling has been a great tool, Carly is able to give me personalised prompts to help guide me through things I am currently experiencing and to acknowledge some emotions or thoughts I could be suppressing. She has provided me with good incite into moving at your own pace and understanding that life is not a race! Creativity has also been a big part for me, Carly has educated me to be more creative in different ways and shown me ways this can help free my mind.
